Hair - Hair can show how you view yourself. Are you unruly, out of control or messy? Or are you self-managed, attractive and well groomed? A man with a hat shows that he does not feel he has to prove anything. He is confident with who he is and does not need to show his hair as a sign of masculinity.
Hammer - Are you trying to convince either yourself or others of a particular point? Your hammer may be driving the point home. A hammer can be positive. For instance, it drives a nail into a structure to make it stable. You may be stabilizing a situation or feeling inside. A hammer breaking glass may represent a shattering of the old and breaking in of the new.
Hand - Our hand is truly a powerful tool and a direct extension of our whole selves. We can give with our hands, build, comfort and grasp. What was your hand or the hand in your dream doing? Was it a part of you? Was the hand doing something you desire in your heart to do? Look for dreams and opportunities concerning the hand.
Height - If you are comfortable in your height, you are looking over the world and feeling confident and in charge. If you are uncomfortable and feeling isolated, you may feel that way about something in your life, such as a new home, job or situation.
Hiding - Are you hiding from a particular individual? Then you may feel guilty about how you have treated that person, or that person may have hurt you in waking life. Your body is protecting it self from someone or something.
Hill - Are you able to climb this hill? Then you are reaching a goal or getting around an obstacle. If you are struggling but keep sliding down, you are struggling in your waking life with an issue, decision or person. Reaching the top brings success and a new view of your life and the world around you.
Hole - A hole may be something dangerous near you that you do not want to fall into. Oppositely, a hole may enfold you and keep you safe. Do you feel danger near the hole? Or is it a place of solitude and comfort?
Honey - Honey is sweet and rich. It can represent success, love and happiness. Dreams of honey can show a bountiful life of happiness and riches (not necessarily rich in finances, but in love and happiness.)
Horse - A horse is freedom and strength. It can show our unbridled spirit. A threatening horse can show you have a person or situation overpowering you in your waking life. Riding a horse shows you have someone or something making you strong and carrying you far.
House - Your home is your sanctuary. It can keep you safe and protect both you and your feelings. If you are trying to reach your house but cannot, your mind is telling you that you have lost your sense of safety and comfort. If you are in your home, you feel secure and protected.
Hospital - A frightening dream of a hospital may show you are afraid of a friend or family member's health as well as your own. Or you may feel the need to be healed or taken care of.
Hunger - You are in need of something if you are hungry. You are not fulfilled and need to find something to become satisfied. Your mind or body needs nourishment.
Hunting - A hunter was the provider in early days. Your hunter can be someone who will take care of you and provide for you. If you are hunting, you are taking care of your ,most basic needs.
