Dreams are truly the window to your soul.  But so often, we give only a moment's thought to our dream before we head out for the day.

Tomorrow, allow yourself the time to stop and remember.  Think about what you dreamt and interpret it with our help.  What you learn about yourself through your dreams just may surprise you!

Words in Your Dreams that begin with F

Fairground - A fairground may represent your need to relax and become more childlike.  Your mind could be escaping as a stress relief if you dream of a carnival or fair.  Was there someone from your childhood at the fair?  Have you been wishing you were young again and more carefree?

Falling - Dreams of falling are all too common.  You may feel a failure at your life or job if you dream of falling.   It is possible you feel a situation or person is taking control of your life and you are helpless.

Farm - A farm is a way to revert back to nature.  It is the hard working, simple side of you.  Planting and cultivation can represent fertility or a desire to have children.  Looking at a farm can show the natural, simple self inside of you.

Feather - What type of feather did you dream of?  How do you feel about that type of bird?  Is it a strong, knoble bird such as an eagle?  Or is it fast and unique like a hummingbird?  Feathers usually represent the type of bird they come from.  A white feather can represent purity or cowardice.  Look at how the white feather was portrayed in your dream to determine it's meaning.

Fence - Is the fence a beautiful one that is keeping you safe in a beautiful atmosphere?  Or did the fence give you feelings of entrapment?  If the fence was negative, it can be a barrier that is holding you back from a job, person or relationship.  Look beyond the fence to get a clue as to it's meaning.  A fence that brings calm may be your mind relaxing and "de-stressing" from the day, giving you a moment of calm and sanctuary.

Field - You are at peace and can be yourself in a field.  It represents nature and the state of being down to earth.  Whatever you are doing in the field probably comes natural to you.  This is a dream of relaxation, and it can tell you what is the most natural thing for you to do or be.

Fight - A fight is just that - a fight against someone or something you are angry with.  What are you fighting for?  Or who are you fighting?  You may be fighting against a disease, a position you feel trapped in or against someone who has wronged you.

Fire - Fire can represent an exit from the old and a beginning of the new.  Fire can decimate yet it brings re-growth.  It can also represent your internal flame and desires.

Fishing - You may be fishing for ideas or for something new in your life.  You may be digging deeply within yourself for something to bring to the surface.

Flood - You may be feeling a rush of emotion - a "flood" of feelings that are overwhelming.  If the flood is not frightening, the flood could be a wave of positive and good emotions.  A flood that scares you is a good sign there are feelings currently overwhelming you that you should face.

Flowers - Flowers are a sign of love, compassion, friendship and happiness.  They can also represent sensuality and fertility.  If you are presented with flowers, you may be feeling pride for something you have done well.  Dead flowers are just the opposite - they can mean sadness, depression and emptiness.

Flying - Did you dream of flying as a child?  You may have been crossing to a new and more independent phase of your life.  Flying is freedom, new insight and  awareness.  If you dream of flying, you are in taking control of your life and have excellent direction.

Food - Food is nourishment and comfort.  It can also represent the fact that you have what you need in life.  Your life is full, even if you feel it is not.  If you have been sad and dream of eating, your mind may be healing from the inside out.

Forest - A forest is generally the bare bones of who you are inside.  It is the most raw and natural side of you.  If you are frightened, perhaps there are feelings you have been suppressing that bring your fear or embarrassment.  A feeling of happiness in the forest is a sense of self-esteem and natural calmness within you.
